His clear and direct approach combined with extensive business and leadership experience in one of Canada’s largest organizations gives him the skill and background to quickly support leaders in developing. Bliss works with leaders and teams to produce great business results, challenging them to deliver on two critical elements of leadership success: developing engaged, committed people and creating an organizational environment in which they can excel.
Bliss has provided coaching to high performing business leaders and teams across Canada and the UK. He partners with leaders and teams to customize a Leadership Development plan to support their business and create the necessary behaviors to deliver results – leading with confidence, increase accountability, reduce stress and increase engagement.
Bliss’ own leadership was built on a successful track record of 20 years’ experience in senior positions in financial services where he led teams in the areas of sales, operations and human resources, providing the strategy, implementation and execution expertise that delivered results. This background gives him a personal understanding of the challenges and pressures that leader’s experience. He combines an insightful understanding of successful leadership, learning & development and a passion for seeing key executives, managers and their teams use their skills effectively to deliver extraordinary results.
Bliss is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, completed his coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), has a BA in Economics, and a Diploma in Financial Analysis. He is a past Board member of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC). He is certified in MBTI, Extended DISC, the Enneagram and the Leadership Circle 360 Assessment.
