Reclaiming Wholeness is an eight-week journey into the Enneagram and the Five Buddha Families as living guides through the cycles of life.
Drawing on Tibetan Buddhist wisdom, the psychological insight of the Enneagram, and the energies of the seasons, this course invites participants to explore how patterns of reactivity and wisdom arise and transform within their own rhythms of being and doing. Rather than treating growth as a linear project, we will learn to meet the changing weather of our inner and outer worlds with greater presence, compassion, and trust. Through teachings, contemplative practices, journaling, and reflection, participants will gain a richer map for living: one that honors timing, mystery, and the deeper intelligence of our becoming.
