This course is designed to help people better understand the Enneagram. The Enneagram starts with helping us to see the dominant patterns of our personality, but goes beyond that to help us develop self awareness through understanding these patterns and noticing their action in our lives. Led by renowned Enneagram teachers, Catherine Bell and Russ Hudson, this course will empower people in the earlier parts of their lives to build on the strengths their personality types while also mitigating their challenges.
The course will begin with an introduction to the Enneagram and its nine personality types. We will guide you through an exploration of the type – core fears, desires, motivations and implications for your life. You will learn how personality type impacts relationships, communication style and decision making. There will be reflective exercises, group discussions and experiential learning activities to deepen self awareness. You will also have the opportunity to learn through each other.
By the end of the course, you will have an understanding of unique strengths and challenges as well as a deeper appreciation for the diversity of humanity. You will also leave with some practical tools to help you navigate your life.
