The 2026 COHORTS
The Awakened Company Certification is limited to a hand-selected group of individuals mentored by Catherine Bell and Genevieve Bailey.
- Executive Leaders Cohort: Facilitated by Catherine Bell. For CEOs and senior leaders.
- Coaches & Consultants Cohort: Facilitated by Genevieve Bailey. For practitioners guiding others.
KEY PROGRAM DATES:
- Cohort Starts: September 15th, 2026
- Program End: June 2027
- Format: Live virtual sessions with your cohort facilitator, plus additional office hours and support.
- Total Investment: $5,000 USD

THE CERTIFICATION JOURNEY
- 10 Months of Intensive Learning: Master the three pillars: Evolve Yourself, Evolve Relationships at Work, and Awaken Culture.
- Case Consultation: Apply your learning to a real-world case, evaluated by your facilitator and Catherine Bell.
- Final Mastery Assignment: Complete a comprehensive final project to achieve your official Certification.
