Geneviève Bailey is the Certification Leader for The Awakened Company, guiding
leaders, coaches and consultants who are committed to help organizations lead with
greater awareness, purpose, and humanity.
With over 30 years of global experience in organizational development and leadership
transformation, Geneviève brings a grounded understanding of how awakened
leadership principles can be applied within complex organizations. She has supported
leaders across energy, transportation, retail, professional services, academia,
technology, and non-profit, working with clients in Canada, the United States, Mexico,
Brazil, Malawi, and China.
Known for building strong teams and developing leaders, Geneviève brings both
strategic depth and relational presence to the certification experience. She supports
practitioners in not only understanding the Awakened Company methodology, but
embodying it in how they lead, coach, and serve their clients.
Geneviève has completed The Awakened Company Certification and is a founding
member of The Awakened Company Collective. She holds a Master’s degree in
Organization Development from Pepperdine University, is bilingual in French and
English, and is based in Calgary, Canada.
