The Awakened Company Certification – Application

Learn The Awakened Company Process and get certified.

COHORT STARTS – September 2024
APPLICATION DEADLINE – June 6, 2024.

Awakening Organizations are those that solve a human or planetary challenge and in so doing do as little harm as possible to humanity and the planet.

This Awakened Company Certification will be limited to a select handcrafted group of individuals whom Catherine will personally mentor.

STEP 1: APPLICATION (You are here)
Submit your application online.

Your application will be reviewed by the team after which you will receive a notification of an interview.

STEP 2: INTERVIEW
If qualified, you will be interviewed by Catherine Bell directly – after which you will receive notification of our decision.

There is a $50 fee for the interview.

STEP 3: 10 MONTHS OF INTENSIVE LEARNING
You are now ready to start the Awakened Company process.

Here you will learn three things:

1. How to Evolve Yourself
2. How to Evolve Relationships at Work
3. How to Awaken Corporate Culture with a Strategy with Soul – this includes Hiring, Assessment, Creating a Vision, and an Organizational Strategic Map.

STEP 4: CASE CONSULTATION
You are now ready to start the Awakened Company Process.

You will have an assignment where you will apply what you have learned.

This will be due 1 month after the 10 month period

STEP 5: FINAL ASSIGNMENT
This is the final phase where you will get to demonstrate all of the teachings and reflect upon them through a final assignment.

Once you have paid for the application, you will receive an email with directions to the application form.
Please remember your order number as you will need to enter this into the application in order to qualify.

Individuals who complete this program will be considered as potential facilitators in upcoming awakened company certification programs.
